Q: When will I receive the Second Closed Beta instruction email?

A: The Second Closed Beta instruction email will be sent to you on 08/17, please be patient.

Q: Why didn't I get the instruction email?

A: ONLY the people who received the beta access granted email can receive the instruction email.If you didn't get the beta access email will not receive the instruction email.
※ Please check if the email is in your junk/spam folder. It does happen sometimes.

Q: Besides sign-up page, is there any other way to obtain access to the Second Closed Beta?

A: In addition to signing up and granting access through the official sign-up page for this Second Closed Beta Test, we will give addition beta access via official event or third-party event.
PC client/Android can be downloaded from the PBEX official site/GooglePlay store. However, the test is Limited Test.We need to make sure that all players that got beta access can play the game at anytime. Ohterwise, players who didn't got beta access won't be able to log in the game when the limit is reached. Hope you understand that.

A: The Second Closed Beta will support the following languages:Traditional Chinese, English, Korean and Japanese.

Q: Will my game data for the Second Closed Beta be deleted after the beta ends?

A: Yes. Your game data will be deleted after the beta ends.

Q: Can I purchase in-game items in the Second Beta Test?

A: Yes. GooglePlay is the only available platform.However, The item you purchased on GooglePlay will be able to carry on to other platforms.

Q: Can I make videos or create any works about PBEX and upload it to social media or streaming media?

 A: Yes. We are very willing to see more User Generated Content. However, the game is still in development stage. So, we hope you do not spread BUG, error, etc. Hope you understant it.

Q: Are there any device requirements?

A: The Second Closed Beta will be available on PC, Android and iOS. Please ensure that you have at least 10 GB of available storage space on your device to download and run the beta.

Q: Does the Second Closed Beta support data cross-save between mobile device and PC on same account?

A: Yes. For example, you just log out from your PC, you can continuedly play the game on mobile device from the progress on your PC.

Q: How to change the password of the account?

A: We only support change the password in-game right now.
Open the game>Tap SGAME login>Tap Forgot password>Fill out the information>Tap confirm
