Q: How to participate the Second Closed Beta sign-up event?

A: Go to the Second Closed Beta sign-up page register a S-GAME account and fill out the survey completely.If the sign-up is successful, you will have the chance to gain beta access.

Q: Do I need to register a S-GAME account if I already have one?

A: If you already have a S-GAME account, please fill your email address of the S-GAME account and sumbmit it. You don't need to register a new account.

Q: How to confirm that I have successfully signed up?

A: After registered a S-GAME account on the sign-up page and submit it, you will see "Sign-up completed". Also, you will receive a sign-up complete email. It's mean that you successfully signed up.

※ Notice: Succssfully signed up doesn't mean that you will get the beta access.

Q: I already have a S-GAME account but it notice me "Please check the correctness of your email address, or register an account" after I finished filling out my Email address.

A: Please check out the Email address of the S-GAME account that used in CBT1.If the problem is not sloved, you can send the email to pbex@s-gamestudio.com to look for help.

Q: Besides sign-up page, is there any other way to obtain access to the Second Closed Beta?

A: In addition to signing up and granting access through the official sign-up page for this Second Closed Beta, for more test information, please follow our official community news.

Q: How to confirm that I got the beta access?

A: We will post the beta access granted information on our social media.Players who got the beta access will receive a notification Email about the beta access, please make sure the correctness of your sign-up Email address.

Q: When will successful applicants be notified?

A: The beta access notification email sending time will be notified later, please follow our official community news.

■  About Second Closed Beta Test

Q: When does the Second Beta start?

A: The Second Beta will start on 08/18/2022.

Q: How many beta access will be granted?

A: The Second Beta is expected to grant total 50,000 beta access to global players. PC and Android will grant 40,000 beta access,iOS will grant 10,000 via TestFlight.

Q: What languages will the Second Closed Beta support?

A: The Second Closed Beta will support the following languages:Traditional Chinese, English, Korean and Japanese.

Q: I participated in the First Closed Beta. Will my data from the First Closed Beta be carried forward?

A: No. The game data was completely wiped after the beta test. It will not be carried forward.

Q: Will the Second Closed Beta contain any purchasable items?

A: The Second Closed Beta mirco-transaction will ONLY available on GooglePlay, rules and rebates will be post before the CBT2 start.

Q: Does the Second Closed Beta support data cross-save between mobile device and PC on same account?

A: Yes. For example, you just log out from your PC, you can continuedly play the game on mobile device from the progress on your PC.

Q: Can I share my account with other people?

A: No. Please do not share your account with anyone! Cyebr security matter.

Q: Will my game data for the Second Closed Beta be saved after the beta ends?

A: It will not be saved. However, your S-GAME account will be saved for offcial release and redeem customes and rebates from the Closed Beta.

Q: Do I need to connect network to play the game?

A: Yes, you need to connect network.Please make sure you connect to the stable network for good gaming experience.

Q: Are there any device requirements for the Second Closed Beta?

A: The Second Beta will be available on mobile device and PC. Please ensure that you have at least 10 GB of available storage space on your device to download and run the beta.
